We give you a 1-year warranty, so if there is anything wrong with the bike we will be there to support you. We have an agreement in place with our manufacturer regarding the warranty to replace all the faulty items. So far we never had any issues with our bikes so we are pretty confident.

Please ensure the battery is charged Turn on the instrument on the handle bar by pressing the power button Hit the plus button 5 times to keep the bike in full power mode Then lift the rear tyre or slightly bend the bike on its stand so the tyre is not touching the ground Then turn the wrist throttle and the wheel should spin

Please check if you are in the right gear and also check if the brakes are not too tight rubbing the discs. Both the wheels should turn freely, lift them up independently and give it a spin to check.

No, the bike comes almost assembled but still needs a few things to be fixed like the handle bar, front wheel and brakes, mud guards, front light, pedals, kickstand and finally the seat. It is very easy for anyone to assemble these parts and we send all the necessary tools to assemble these parts. You can download the instruction manual from our support section.
